Vinification

Totally stalk free followed by a soft pressing. Fermentation of clean mosto in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 12° C. Alcohol content: 10% vol. Total acidity: 6 g/l Ph: 3/3,5 Sugars: 12 g/l

Tasting notes

Pink with salmon hues, clean and bright. In the nose, has fruity aromas, fresh and young. Mouth well formed, balanced with good acidity and some mixed sweetness. Final complex and persistent. Slightly carbonated.

Gastronomy

Recommended for grill fish, sea- food and aperitifs.

Preservation

Keep the bottle lying down in a cool, dry place.
