Vinification
Totally stalk free. Cold maceration. Alcoholic fermentation in a controlled temperature of 12° to 14° C. Alcohol content: 9% vol. Total acidity: 6,5 g/l Ph: 3,2 Sugars: 12 g/l
Tasting notes
Citrus color, clean aroma with some notes of tropical fruits and honey. Good acidity, complex and well structured. In the mouth it is pleasant and persistent.
Gastronomy
Recommended for grill fish, seafood, white meat and aperitifs.
Preservation
Keep the bottle lying down in a cool, dry place.
