Vinification
Totally stalk free followed by a soft pressing. Fermentation of clean mosto in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 15° C. Alcohol content: 12% vol. Total acidity: 6,5 g/l Ph: 3,3 Sugars: < 12 g/l
Tasting notes
Pink with salmon hues, clean and bright. In the nose, has fruity aromas, fresh and young. Mouth well formed, balanced with a good acidity and some mixed sweetness. Final complex and persistent. Slightly carbonated.
Gastronomy
Recommended for seafood dishes or simply as an aperitif.

Keep the bottle lying down in a cool, dry place.
